Gott’s Roadside, born in Napa and made famous on the Food Network, will soon be joining the established family of Palo Alto’s Town & Country village. It is the fourth location to date, with two in the Napa region and one in San Francisco’s Ferry Building.

Gott’s specializes in updated renditions of American favorites with high quality ingredients. Burgers are handcrafted from Niman Ranch beef or Diestel Ranch turkey ($8-10). Chicken sandwiches are made with Mary’s chicken; air-chilled and free range ($11), and their famed marinated ahi tuna burger ($14) is sushi-grade quality. There is also a soft serve menu that features organic, Straus soft serve. Regular ice cream shakes are made with SF’s creamy Double Rainbow varieties.

Unlike other locations, the Palo Alto venture will be more dinner focused, with a darker, cozier look. At this ideal 4,000 square-foot corner location, there will be plenty of seating—with room for around 200 diners—and an expansive outdoor patio. It is set to open by the end of September.
