From electric cars and luxury vehicles to convertible classics, the 2017 Silicon Valley Auto Show should have every gearhead covered. Coming to the San Jose McEnery Convention Center on Jan. 5-8, the show brings more than 350 new vehicles.

One highlight of this year’s event are test drives taking place throughout the weekend. Guests will be able to get behind the wheel of 30 new 2017 models, from brands that include Toyota, Ford and Fiat.

Fiat will be able to enter the 2016 $45,000 National Sweepstakes for a chance to win a vehicle from any one of the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram Truck, FIAT or Alfa Romeo brands. Not a bad way to start off 2017.

There will also be a social media competition where guest can win a new iPhone 7.

In addition to test drives, guests will have the opportunity to get up close and personal with a few of their favorite luxury brands, such as Audi, Lexus, Rolls Royce and Bentley. The collection will also feature cars from Aston Martin, Lamborghini and McLaren.

A separate collection titled “Silicon Valley CEOs and their Cars” offers insight into what celebrities and high-profile Silicon Valley “movers and shakers” are driving. The showcase’s luxury vehicles have been described as “aspirational yet attainable.” Fuel efficiency will also be a big draw at the show as the the latest hybrids, plug-in hybrids, all-electric and hydrogen fuel cell vehicles grace the floor.

Tickets for the Silicon Valley Auto Show range from free to $11. On Sunday, Jan. 8, CEFCU Family Day the show will be free to all children 12 and younger who are admitted with a paying adult.
