In just another example of how much it seems everyone wants to work for Google, a report came out Friday that the company received an astounding 75,000 job applications in just one week.
The Mountain View-based web-search giant said the applicant total breaks a previous company record. Google plans to increase its number of employees by 6,000 this year, which would push the number of total employees above the 30,000 mark.
