San Jose Bacon Festival of America, one of the city’s largest annual food events, will return Labor Day Weekend for two days of carnivorous fun at Plaza de Cesar Chavez.

Back for its third year on Sept. 5-6, organizers are expecting 15,000 bacon fans who can try creative recipes paired with craft beer, s’mores and live entertainment.

The event is produced by Silicon Valley food truck event planners Moveable Feast and will include special bacon-centric dishes from many of the company’s most popular vendors. All dishes will be priced at no more than $6

Admission to the event is $10 in advance and $12 at the gate. More info.
