Description

The Liberation Project is part of Rydell Visual Arts Fellow, Rocky Lewycky's, piece "Is It Necessary?" currently on exhibit in the Solari Gallery at the Museum of Art and History. This art piece aims to shed light on the brutality of animal factory farming, and consists of hundreds of ceramic animals that are methodically placed on shipping pallets. Throughout its duration, numerous animals that are featured in the art piece will be shattered, collectively leaving a trail of shards in its wake.
