Description
Join the Crepe Place as they host another installment in their weekly Movie Nite series, sponsored by Cedar Street Video. This week features a screening of the classic coming of age film, The Sandlot. The film is about a young boy named Scotty Smalls as he moves to new neighborhood with his mom and step-dad, and wants to learn to play baseball. He soon makes friends with neighborhood baseball guru Rodriquez and becomes part of the local baseball gang. Their summer adventures include baseball, treehouse sleep-ins, the desirous lifeguard at the local pool, the snooty rival ball team and the travelling fair, as well as a legendary ball-eating dog called "The Beast."
