Join the Crepe Place as they host another installment in their weekly Movie Nite series, sponsored by Cedar Street Video. This week features a screening of the comedy film, The Rum Diary. Starring Johnny Depp, Giovanni Ribisi and Aaron Eckhart, this film is based on the novel of the same name written by infamous gonzo journalist, Hunter S. Thompson. Depp plays hard-drinking American journalist Paul Kemp who takes on a freelance job in Puerto Rico for a local newspaper during the 1960's, only to struggle to find a balance between the island's culture and the expatriates who live there.
