Directed by the acclaimed Coen Brothers, this Academy Award-nominated adventure/comedy/crime film reimagines Homer's epic poem "The Odyssey" in the deep south during the 1930's. The movie follows three escaped convicts in search of hidden treasure as a relentless lawman pursues them. Along the way, they run into sirens, a cyclops, bank robber George 'Babyface' Nelson, a campaigning Governor and his opponent, a KKK lynch mob and a blind prophet.
