(((folkYEAH!))) is proud to present a concert with Sophia Knapp, the former singer and songwriter for Lights also known as Cliffie Swan. Hailing from San Francisco's Haight and Ashbury district, Sophia Knapp eventually moved to Brooklyn where she met Linnea Vedder and Alana Amram, forming Lights/Cliffie Swan in 2004. In 2012, Sophia Knapp collaborated with the bands Life on Earth! and Hopewell, and ultimately decided to record a solo album, inspired by the likes of Stevie Nicks, Linda Perhacs, and Gal Costa.
