Description

The San Jose Museum of Art examines West coast artists' nontraditional and often entertaining use of and humor in the upcoming "Renegade Humor" exhibition. Artists at the University of California, Davis pioneered the creation of signature West Coast art in the 1960s and 70s, and have created a distinctive West Coast style in response to the pretentious East Coast art world.
