Learn how you can graduate our Culinary or Pastry program and receive a diploma recognized by chefs across the globe in just six months. Or in only 10 weeks, be ready for the Court of Master Sommeliers certification exam to launch your wine career.Dorothy Hamilton, winner of IACP's Entrepreneur of the Year 2013, author of Love What You Do and host of the show Chef's Story, will announce an exciting new scholarship and opportunities exclusive to the ICC community. Take advantage of learning more from the woman who founded the most-awarded culinary school in the U.S.
To round out the evening, experience a cooking demonstration from one of our chef-instructors, or if wine is your passion, participate in a wine tasting led by one of the same Master Sommeliers that teach our Intensive Sommelier program.
