Description
This six piano recital series continues with a program by Jonathan Bass, a soloist and chamber musician who appears frequently across the United States. Mr. Bass is best known in the Bay Area for serving on the piano faculty of San Jose State before his appointment at the Boston Conservatory.The program includes Johan Sebastian Bach's "Partita No. G in E Minor, BWV 830," Frederic Chopin's "Sonata No. 3 in B Minor, Op. 58," Leno Janaek's "On an Overgrown Path," Book I, Claude Debussy's "L'isle joyeuse," and Aaron Copland's "El Salon Mexico."
