Description
Peter Alexander’s original musical, In the Hands of the Raven, draws upon the folklore of the native people of the Pacific Northwest. Set in Oregon, the musical centers on Jerry Ravenbach, a frustrated political cartoonist who plans to marry the woman of his dreams, Amy Nevara, a celebrity television journalist. Jerry and Amy each have a group of spirit-guides called a Congress of Ravens who are responsible for helping to shape their fates. The couple and their friends become deeply involved in the spirit world, as death and reincarnation play heavily in their lives. The musical is directed by Jonathan F.
