Santa Cruz Collects artist, David Hoffman, presents a screening of his 60-minute documentary, Everything Which Is...Yes. Directed by John Barret, this documentary chronicles local documentarian David Hoffman's recovery from a devastating fire that destroyed his home, his personal film archive and the treasured collections he had built over a 45 year period. Although it was a horribly tragic incident, the film nonetheless leaves audiences with an uplifting sense of perseverance and a testament to the notion that everyone has the capacity to make something good out of something bad. This film won the Audience Award for Best Locally-Produced Work at the 2011 Santa Cruz Film Festival.
