Description
This month the San Jose Museum of Art host Creative Minds with Syrian-American artist Diana Al-Hadid, (whose work is on view in Liquid City).Diana Al-Hadid: Liquid City reimagines Renaissance and classical monuments as sculptures that seem to drip and disintegrate. She questions established notions of Western European culture and its contemporary relevance. Al-Hadid will discuss her work with Lauren Schell Dickens, curator.
Space is limited and advance tickets are strongly recommended.
