Come on down to the Museum of Art and History as they host their 3rd Friday October event. This month's theme is entitled "From Trash to Treasure", as guests will be able to learn about reskilling, repurposing, recycling, found art and junk art. Love Apple Farms will be on hand to teach guests about the art of composting, and Habitat for Humanity Santa Cruz County will bring a donated furniture set from their ReStore for visitors to collaboratively help upgrade, repaint and stain which will then be donated to a family in need. There will be plenty of other unique hands-on activities, so don't miss out!
