The Mercury News reports that local chain Lunardi’s will be taking over, but the transition isn’t quite as seamless as the new owners would like.

“I think it’s wonderful,” Tim Flynn told the Merc. “(Lunardi’s) is a much better option than a large chain.”

The location will be Lunardi’s second location in San Jose.
