If I seem frazzled lately, it may be because Rasputin has been shuffling its selection around this year. The new racks look great, but for a compulsive Rasputin shopper who's used to setting land-speed records getting in and out of there on the “Tuesday morning pickup� when new albums and DVDs are released, it could mean years of therapy. Still, for record trolling in the South Bay, nothing beats Bascom's one-two punch of Rasputin and Streetlight.
