'The Lion King' characters came to skate.

The critics who really mattered—three sharp kids aged 2, 7 and 11—all agree that they had a memorable time at this latest Disney on Ice spectacle: “Mickey and Minnie’s Magical Journey,” which just filled HP Pavilion in San Jose.

There was something for everyone in the gliding crew of beloved Disney characters, although the young reviews seemed to relate better to the newer ones.
I was relating the story of Peter Pan to my children during the intermission and heard several other parents around me, doing the same, just to be sure that the classics keep their rightful place next on The Lion King and The Little Mermaid.

The show was full of music, light, drama and comedy, and everyone left feeling full of the Disney spirit and we’re now planning our next trip to Disneyland.
