Join Dr Bill Dorfman from such shows as Extreme Makeover and Oprah, The Former Middleweight MMA Champion Frank Shamrock, for A 2 hour Zumba exercise class to be held at the Circle of Palms Plaza, San Jose, California to benefit the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.Zumba is a cardio-vascular workout routine performed to Latin rythyms in health clubs throughout the World.
Pre-requisites to Zumba wear comfortable workout attire and footwear, But most importantly just bring yourself and a whole lot of energy, and get ready to move your body to Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, Reggeaton, Mamabo , Cha-Cha, Hip-Hop and Belly Dancing. The 2 hour dance party is sure to leave you smiling, thirsty, and hungry. Water will be provided.
Zumba is for the enitre family - all ages are welcome. Bring your friends, boyfirends, husbands, co-workers, neighbors and help us raise money for a great cause. Feel good while doing good.
Tickets and Belly-dancing skirts will be available for purchase at the event for your use - $20.00 (cash and credit cars accepted). 100% of the proceeds go to benefit the LLS.
