Come learn this sexy Brazilian partner dance with our wonderful visiting teacher, Shani Mayer from LA! Dance workshop is from 9:15-10:30 pm, then we'll dance and party from 10:30-1:30 am.

We will have both Zouk and Kizomba dancing! So come out and enjoy the fun Zouk/Kizomba music and sexy partner dancing hitting SF! Lets enjoy St Patties in style.

We will also have a Zouk and Kizomba demo at midnight.

Please arrive early so we can get everyone processed for the dance class.

We will also be having a Zouk Lambada workshop on Sunday March 18th at Symbolics at 672 S. Van Ness, SF from 11:00 am-1:00 pm.

Shani will be available for private lessons on Saturday throughout the day and on Sunday. 1 private lesson $50, 2 or more lessons for $45 each. New year special rates!

Shani Mayer Was born in Israel where she trained in Dance and gymnastics from a young age. She had trained in Modern dance both in LA and NY and received her minor in dance from CSUN. In 2006 she discovered Zouk Lambada in its home town of Porto Seguro .Since 2009 Shani has travelled abroad and trained with many of the most sought after teachers of Zouk Lambada in the world , such as Didi and Braz dos santos, Rominita Hidalgo, Josy Borges, Mauro, Pablo Schmoller ,Marie Hodges, and Leon Gordin. She has also been invited to teach at International Zouk Dance congresses in London, Spain and Brazil! She is the founder of L.A Zouk , and a pioneer in bringing and spreading zouk to the west coast of the U.S.

She Currently teaches in Los Angeles and has brought many sought after teachers there. Shani is sharing her passion for this amazing dance and developing a thriving zouk scene onn the West coast. Go to http://www.lazouk.com for zouk classes and events in Los Angeles!
