A Non-silent Retreat for Women & Men Ages 21-40 directed by Ms. Jessica Mueller, Ms. Jocelyn A. Sideco, Mr. Chris Trinidad & Fr. Radmar Jao, S.J. With the demands of relationships, work, personal commitments, and community involvement, it can be easy to feel off-balance or short of energy and perspective. Consider giving yourself the gift of a retreat to re-center yourself in God’s love, which frees us, directs us, and grounds us in deep inner peace. Together with other young adults from across the Bay Area, we will share stories and hold space for one another to take "a long, loving, look" at God’s renewing presence in our lives. This retreat includes a good balance of large group, small group, and individual silent time, and will also give prayer practices and resources that you can integrate into your daily routines to keep life in balance. If you are seeking re-connection with God and others, healing, a quiet moment, or time remember you are beloved, give yourself the gift of this retreat!
