Description
Come participate in a fun form of yoga (no prior experience needed).Yoga for Fitness Workshop is a FREE two-hour session which includes a unique blend of traditional yoga postures,
combined with energetic moves, to tone your body. We start with simple movements to warm up the body, followed by more traditional yoga poses to tone the body. We will also be learning about the very effective series of postures call Sun Salutations. We end the class with Yoga Nidra, a yoga technique that brings about deep relaxation of the mind and body.
