St. Augustine wrote, “My heart is restless until it rests in God.” St. Ignatius tells us to be in touch with our deepest desire in order to know God’s desire for us. We will use Ignatius’ Spiritual Exercises as a foundation — to explore our deep longings, to recognize and respond more deeply to God, and to appreciate the holy that is all around us every day.
