Join us for a research-based training developed specifically for pregnant women and new moms, engage in a variety of deeply embodied practices for cultivating mindful awareness including prenatal yoga, connect with other new moms, and learn skills that will improve your ability to deal with stress and difficult moods, get less caught up in negative thinking patterns, and experience the deep love, joy and transformative potential that motherhood can bring.
