Description
Join the Capitola Book Cafe as they host a special Travel Memoir Writing Workshop with Dan White. Dan White is a nonfiction author and freelance travel writer whose work has appeared in the New York Times, the Los Angeles Times and Backpacker Magazine. In this course, Dan will explore issues related to place writing that should be of strong interest to amateur travel writers as well as writers of fiction, creative nonfiction and poetry.Register at Capitola Book Cafe or by calling 831.462.4415. The course fee is $80 and includes an assortment of travel pieces emailed in advance, as well as a brief writing assignment in advance for the class.
