We are inviting women executives and emerging women leaders from Silicon Valley, of diverse backgrounds, experiences and levels, interested in sharing opinions, concerns and their burning questions through conversation around issues that matter.
This conference is NOT your traditional women's conference. We will not be featuring any speakers, presenters or panelists. It will be highly participatory, interactive and an opportunity to be part of an on-going conversation and collective of women leaders. The setting will be more informal than usual, so we encourage you to wear comfortable clothing, and come ready to be part of a collaborative co-learning process.

We invite you to join us in a day of dialogue with a powerful collective of women leaders.

Our world, our workplaces are calling for something new. In these shifting times, unleashing the potential of women is that much more significant and crucial. We believe practical, collaborative strategies will emerge from a gathering of inter-generational women leaders, sharing our experience, our concerns, and our wisdom with each other.

We are inviting women executives and emerging women leaders from Silicon Valley for an opportunity to explore the conditions necessary for expressing powerful feminine leadership and redefining what that means.
