Description
During this 2-hour blending experience, we'll investigate Pinot Noir while working through the same steps our winemaking team uses to determine final blends. The hands-on session begins by learning how to evaluate wine from a winemaker's perspective as we dissect several base components for aromatics, flavor and texture. Once we've honed in on the individual characteristics of each wine and gained experience using the tools, we'll use knowledge gained to create several unique blends.Throughout the session, we'll explore how climate and geography, as well as vineyard and winemaking decisions, help shape aromas and flavors in the glass.
Our Blending Experience is hands-on, fun and educational for both the collector of prized bottlings and the wine-curious novice.
