Gourmet Food & Wine Tasting – 5:00-7:30 pm
Winemaker Dinner – 8:00-11:00 pm
Event Location: Treasure Island, San Francisco
Event Description: An exceptional epicurean experience highlighting the extraordinary chefs and winemakers of the Bay Area. The Gourmet Food and Wine Tasting features samplings from over 60 restaurants and wineries, while the more intimate Winemaker Dinner offers four exceptional courses, each prepared by two different renowned local chefs. Silent and live auctions feature coveted wine, culinary and travel lots.
What is special: One of the historic Art Deco structures originally built for the Golden Gate International Exposition is the location of this event. The building is transformed with magical lighting and special effects into an elegant venue, where the quality of food and wine vendors featured at the Food & Wine Tasting is unsurpassed. Then the Winemaker Dinner features four courses created by eight renowned local chefs. Sommelier service pairs specially-selected wines to accompany each course, and one-of-a-kind, theme-based entertainment rounds out the evening.
