Description
The Wild Farm Garden Tour is the perfect event to jump-start the spring season. Beginning with an informational tour of Woodside’s Wild Farm before moving to Draeger’s for a 60-minute demonstration using freshly harvested produce, this class is a great opportunity to witness the culinary process from garden to table. Dishman will lead guests in making Sea Scallops with roasted cauliflower and caper vinaigrette, Roasted Berkshire Pork over braised greens, among other super fresh recipes. Registered students will receive detailed location information via email the week prior to the class. Students are responsible for their own transportation from the farm and Draeger’s Cooking School.
