Description
Stanford Theater is proud to present another double feature of classic films.In We're No Angels, three prisoners escape from Devil Island to a small French town. They decide they want to still clothes and supplies to move on and get away, so the arrive at the Ducotel's home and pretend to be there to fix the roof. Soon they realize that Ducotel family is not wealthy at all and that the owner of their establishment, Andre Tochard, exploits them.. The three cons decide to spend Christmas night with the Ducotels and help them in return for their kindness towards them.
In The Marrying Kind, Florence and Chet Keefer are having a terrible marriage and decide to divorce. But while in the divorce hearing the judge asks them to try and remember the good times they have had hoping that they can still be together.
These films will be playing August 22 through August 24.
