Olitas (little waves) is a unique Mexican restaurant on the Santa Cruz Municipal Wharf. We not only feature traditional Mexican cuisine, but also innovative and exciting specialty dishes. Favorites include the Maine lobster quesadilla served with a classic lobster dipping sauce, blackened fish tacos with chipotle mayonnaise, and blackened ahi tuna served with Olitas slaw tossed with a tamarind vinaigrette. Everything is prepared fresh daily.
