Start on Saturday with little or no pole experience and emerge Sunday at 4PM equipped with some seriously slinky pole moves. We call it the Weekend Training, but it is really our fabulous Pole 101 and the Pole 101 Deluxe classes offered together for your convenience. We know 1 standalone class just gets you started so we figured that a weekends' worth would give you some bruises worthy of sharing in any locker or bed room
