Jeni Erickson started playing records in Los Angeles in 1996 after becoming inspired by dj's Doc Martin, Iz, Jeno, John Howard, Harvey and Solar. Originally from the underground music scene of Los Angeles Jeni made the move to San Francisco in 1998 with love for deep house, acid and disco. Heard playing through out the dark sweaty underground parties of San Francisco, known for blurring the boundaries of dance music genres "Jeniluv" became a local favorite. Jeni had a lot of successful club residencies in San Francisco and threw some of the most memorable underground parties with stacked line ups often breaking talent into the San Francisco underground scene for over ten years.
Jeni made the move back home to Los Angeles in 2007. Currently making waves in Los Angeles with the "Making Shapes" event alongside partner Alexandre Mouracade, hosting a monthly residency every second Friday at Pattern Bar in downtown LA with Heidi and Christine rene, also a residency at Los Globos club once a month for "Living in Space" alongside the Nox Illusio team. Jeni's Rainbow Death Pony show rides again in Los Angeles after a 3 year hiatus from her live show in San Francisco on West Add Radio.
