Thursday, September 16, Long Beach’s favorite son and multi-platinum recording artist, Warren G performs live in San Francisco with local legend Mac Mall rocking the mic beforehand. With contributions on Dr.Dre and Snoop Dogg’s seminal records as well as a certified triple platinum first album and numerous successful follow-ups, Warren G comes to the Rockit Room with a vaste cache of music to electrify the crowd with. Attending fans can expect to hear mega-hit, Regulators, along with This DJ, I Want It All, I Shot the Sherriff, Indo Smoke, Groupie Love and a host of other classic g-funk laced west coast anthems.Special guest Mac Mall is no slouch on the mic, often headlining shows both at home and on the road. He’s often referred to as one of the key rappers that brought national attention to the San Francisco Bay Area rap scene in the mid-90s along with E-40, Too Short, Mac Dre and others.
Lunar Heights open the show, Dj Sean G rocks the breaks between sets and Flossafee hosts the night.
