The VMware IT Academy Program is designed to introduce ICT
professionals to VMware technologies and equip them with VMware
technical skills to compliment their chosen fields of study.
This hands-on training course explores installation, configuration, and management of VMware vSphere®, which consists of VMware ESXi™ and VMware vCenter Server™. The course is based on ESXi 5.0 and vCenter Server 5.0.
Completion of this course satisfies the prerequisite for taking the VMware® Certified Professional 5 exam.
VMware certifications allow ICT professionals to:
• Demonstrate their VMware software technical expertise to employers and customers
• Validate their ICT skills and experience in virtual infrastructure
• Increase their chances of career advancement
• Improve their earning potential
