Valentine's Weekend Celebration at Lake Chalet Seafood Bar & Grill

On Valentine's Day, Saturday, February 14, Lake Chalet Seafood Bar & Grill in Oakland will be seating from 10:00 AM to 10:45 PM serving their regular brunch/lunch and dinner menus plus special Valentine's brunch selections and a $65.00 three-course prix fixe (individual menu items also offered a la carte) with main course choices of braised and glazed boneless beef short rib with a butter basted half Maine lobster tail, truffle potato purée and poached asparagus, or pan roasted sea bass with spiced Israeli couscous with preserved lemon, heirloom cauliflower, Champagne beurre fondue and American caviar. The Valentine's brunch specials will be housemade lobster sausage, long-braised pork shoulder, and Mt. Lassen red trout. In the spirit of Valentine's Weekend, the prix fixe dinner menu will also be available on Friday, February 13 and Sunday, February 15 and the Valentine's brunch specials will be served on Saturday and Sunday. Specialty house cocktails will be showcased, by the glass Champagne pairings offered and, on Valentine's Day, a saxophone player will perform from 6:00 to 9:00 PM, plus rose petals will adorn the dining room tables.
