An overview of Department of Veterans Affairs service-connected Compensation, non service-connected Pension with Housebound or Aid and Attendance. Also, loan guaranty and death benefits will be discussed. If you or a family member has served in the armed forces, you may be eligible for these benefits. Learn about them.
Leland Low, Legal Administrative Specialist, has served veterans for 38 years as a veterans benefits counselor and claims processer. He is the Minority and Elderly Veterans Program Coordinator for the Oakland VA Regional Office.
