USF’s School of Law is proud to host a special symposium “Clean Technology and the Law,” addressing two major issues of technology diffusion: intellectual property rules and utility regulation.
About the event: Keynote speaker for the event will be Arthur O’Donnell, Executive Director for the Center for Resource Solutions. Separate professional panels will discuss legal issues on topics ranging from wind and solar power, political tension between technology innovation and diffusion, to intellectual property rules and crucial international technology transfers. Breakfast and Lunch will also be provided.
