Music. Refreshments. AND pickling by the Bay. What better way to kick off your weekend?The pickling pro's from Happy Girl Kitchen Co. will give us a crash course in their craft, including a bit of pickle history and tastings! We'll prep, pickle, and absorb their knowledge. And party, of course...
Expect a friendly vibe and lots of fun. We'll be making sour dills and a cooked pickle variety, taking advantage of seasonal, locally-sourced produce. Participants will walk away with a plethora of goodies, including a pickling starter kit and their very own pickled produce.
As usual, space is limited -- early registration is suggested. Sliding scale pricing available.
