Husband and wife, Steve Emery and Kathleen Lipinski have created landscape paintings and prints from the natural beauty of Marin for 40 years. They received the Marin County Cultural Treasure Award for their work in the visual arts and community volunteerism.Kathleen's oil paintings combine her love of nature with a dedication to realism, attention to detail, and her ability to capture the quality of light. Limited edition prints from her original paintings capture the color and detail of her unique style. Steve works with intimate portraits of Marin landscape, primarily in acrylic on paper with an eye for the abstract in the natural world around us. Their art has won many awards and is widely exhibited throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.
