Progress through the levels with Nandi and experience the qualities inherent in yogaflow® such as wavelike movements, relaxation-in-action, economy of motion, and synchronization of movement, rhythmic breath and focused mind. This TriYoga Teacher Training is open to those who would like to teach TriYoga, refine their teaching abilities, or deepen their own practice. Everyone is welcome.
