As the holidays approach with their particular brand of problems, come join this course on learning how to transform our problems. We will use the classic Lojong texts to learn how to:protect our minds from destructive emotions
solve problems using Dharma techniques
see the illusion like quality of life's problems
use tong len meditation to improve our love and compassion.
The class will finish with a day long practice day to review what we have learned and share a fun day with our class.
Venerable Drimay, the teacher, has been teaching these Discovering Buddhism courses for over 10 years, in Soquel as well as San Jose.
