Join us for a series of community wellness workshops focused on Meditation and using it as a tool for managing our mind and negative emotions in our daily lives.

Powerful breathing techniques | Guided Meditation | Gentle yoga postures | Learn about personal meditation practice
This meditation helps transform negative emotions and stress in our system to peace and relaxation.
This FREE workshop teaches simple yet powerful breathing techniques which help eliminate stress and cope in stressful situations.

The workshop includes
* Breathing techniques - Take home practice!
* Guided meditation
* Interactive processes
* Association with like minded people
* A brief introduction to Sudarshan Kriya - a technique taught in the Happiness Program, which uses specific rhythms of breath to harmonize body, mind and spirit.
Please dress in comfortable clothes.Open to everyone 18 years and above.
