Description
Do you struggle with a judging inner voice? Is that voice interfering with your creativity and expression? Is it holding you back from your true potential?The Inner Critic is a sub-personality that belittles, degrades and demeans. Sometimes this voice becomes loud and over powering, in return we become held back or feel stuck.
In this workshop, we will explore what this Inner Critic voice is and transform it from enemy to ally, becoming lighter and free.
