About

A professional massage therapist since 2001, I specialize in stress reduction and pain relief. My style follows client preferences from light and soothing to deep and challenging. My private practice is based at my office in Campbell, part of Hands On Healing Wellness Professionals. 

Drawing on my studies of human anatomy, I take a structural approach to find patterns of muscle tension or imbalance within the body. Always mindful of a client's comfort level, I use various massage techniques, heat therapy and stretching to coax the muscle tissue into relaxation.

I am Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCTMB), and a Professional Member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA).

I am a graduate of Body Therapy Center in Palo Alto, CA. I received training in Swedish massage, deep tissue bodywork, and acupressure energy balancing. Additionally, I have studied CranioSacral Therapy with The Upledger Institute and Myofascial Release with John F. Barnes, PT.
