Touch Bodywork

About

My approach to bodywork is to help the client to relieve pain & tension, obtain relaxation of the body & mind, and become more aware of the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual "self" through touch. The style of bodywork I practice incorporates Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Acupressure, Reflexology and Reiki energy work. By nature, I am warm, compassionate, nurturing, and centered. Together, we will craft the session that suits your body and its' needs best.

My bodywork studio, a warm, safe environment, is conveniently located in the mission district. I use the highest quality massage oils and lotions and work on the most comfortable table imaginable, complete with a pressure regulated heating pad and thick padding made of ultra-comfortable memory foam. I have a wide variety of music on hand, but feel free to bring something that you personally find relaxing.
