Tormenta Tropical has been going strong for more than four years, yet somehow DJ LENGUA has never played the party. How is this possible? This LA artist is a key member of the MAS EXITOS crew, and we've been digging his cumbia-flavored remixes, re-edits, and original production since the early days of Bersa Discos.In truth, DJ Lengua used to live in the Bay, and the guy was dropping cumbia on SF dancefloors while we were still hanging out in Argentina. These days, he calls LA home (when he's not running around the globe), but we're thrilled to welcome him back to San Francisco and give him the opportunity to show the Tormenta Tropical faithful what he can do. Expect some deep cuts - Lengua knows his cumbia history, along with a myriad of other Latin styles, so get ready for some rare gems.
Of course, Bersa Discos' own SHAWN REYNALDO and ORO11 will also be in the house with their own brand of tropical heat. It's going to be a fun night.
