Juan Melendez, who survived 17 years on death row after being convicted of a crime he did not commit, will be the guest speaker at the Harmony Center for the Joyful Spirit’s celebration of life from 11 a.m.-noon on Sunday, November 4. Mr. Melendez has received wide acclaim for his powerful and inspiring presentations, which have been sponsored by law schools, prison reform organizations, labor unions, faith groups, the ACLU and Amnesty International.
