The Society of California Pioneers is pleased to announce that we will now be open late on the third Thursday evening of every month. Enjoy after-hours access to the current exhibit, “Singing the Golden State,” with free admission from 4-7 p.m., beginning Thursday, September 20th. To kick off “Third Thursdays,” our Thursday, September 20th event will feature a bargain book sale, with selected books from our museum gift shop available at discounted prices.Established in 1850, The Society of California Pioneers is a not-for-profit museum, library, and cultural organization dedicated to advancing the knowledge and appreciation of early California history for the benefit
of present and future audiences of all ages.
